Katie Wilson has been a cornerstone of the Carolina Age Management Institute team since 2021, beginning her journey as a medical assistant while completing nursing school and seamlessly transitioning into her role as a full-time Nurse Injector. Originally from Cleveland County, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, graduating with honors.
Aesthetics isn't just Katie's profession — it's her passion. She is deeply invested in helping patients feel confident, refreshed, and authentically themselves, combining artistry, precision, and a personalized approach to every treatment. Katie builds strong, trusting relationships with her patients, taking the time to understand their goals and create results that enhance natural beauty rather than mask it.
She loves creating facial harmony through strategic balancing with fillers and neuromodulators while also guiding patients toward long-term skincare solutions that deliver subtle, sustainable, and natural-looking results.
Committed to excellence, Katie pursues continuous education with the leading experts in aesthetic medicine. She regularly attends conferences, participates in cadaver labs, and completes advanced courses across injectables, regenerative treatments, and cutting-edge skin technologies, ensuring every patient receives care at the highest level.
Now based in Charlotte, Katie enjoys tennis, quality time with her family, and spoiling her rescue dog, Alphie. She brings the same warmth and energy to every appointment, creating a welcoming, conversational environment where patients leave not only transformed but genuinely uplifted.
