1. About CAMI

2. Website Use

The content on this website is provided for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making decisions about your health or aesthetic care.

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You may not use it in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the website, interfere with other users, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems connected to the site.

3. No Doctor-Patient Relationship

Accessing this website or submitting a contact or consultation request does not create a doctor-patient or provider-patient relationship. A care relationship is only established when you have completed intake paperwork, been evaluated in person by a CAMI provider, and agreed to a treatment plan.

4. Medical Information Disclaimer

The treatment descriptions, clinical information, and educational content on this website are for informational purposes only. Individual results vary. No content on this website should be interpreted as a guarantee of specific outcomes. CAMI makes no representations that the treatments described are appropriate for every individual. Treatment decisions are made collaboratively between each patient and their provider at the time of consultation.

5. Appointments and Cancellation Policy

Scheduling

Appointments may be booked online, by phone, or in person. Booking an appointment constitutes acceptance of our cancellation and no-show policy.

Cancellations

We require a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

No-shows

Patients who do not attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice may be subject to a no-show fee. Repeated no-shows may result in a requirement to prepay for future appointments.

Late arrivals

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to reschedule your visit to ensure adequate time for your treatment and the patients scheduled after you.

6. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service. CAMI accepts major credit cards, debit cards, and approved financing options where available. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Treatment packages and prepaid services are non-refundable once treatment has begun. Unused portions of prepaid packages may be credited toward other services at CAMI's discretion.

CAMI does not accept insurance for aesthetic or cosmetic treatments. Some wellness services may qualify for HSA or FSA payment — please confirm with your provider at the time of service.

7. Before and After Photography

CAMI may request to take clinical photographs before and after your treatment for documentation purposes. These photographs are stored securely as part of your patient record. CAMI will not use your photographs for marketing, social media, or promotional purposes without your separate written consent.

8. Results and Outcomes

Results from aesthetic and wellness treatments vary from person to person. CAMI does not guarantee specific outcomes. Before and after images shown on the website are representative examples and do not constitute a guarantee that you will achieve the same result. Individual results depend on factors including treatment type, patient anatomy, health status, and compliance with post-treatment care instructions.

9. Risks and Informed Consent

All medical and aesthetic treatments carry inherent risks. You will be asked to review and sign an informed consent document before undergoing any treatment at CAMI. That consent document provides treatment-specific risk information and should be read carefully. By proceeding with any treatment, you acknowledge that you have been informed of the relevant risks and have had the opportunity to ask questions.
